Refund Policy

About the course:

1. Once the registration is confirmed, if the guest fails to attend the class on time due to personal reasons, no make-up class or refund will be given.

2. If the strong wind signal No. 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning signal is in effect 3 hours before the class, the class will be rescheduled, and we will make another appointment with the guests for the class date and time.
    

For purchasing made-to-order products:

1. All custom-made products are handmade and unique, and there is no return or refund.
