Registration, class and shopping instructions

Registration Instructions:

After the guest understands the course content and registers, we will contact the guest as soon as possible to confirm the class date and time. Once confirmed, guests should pay the fee and provide a screenshot within 2 days to complete the registration process.
Guests can choose FPS (#102310661) or scan the QR Code below to pay with Payme.
Once the registration procedure is completed, if the guest fails to attend the class due to personal reasons, no make-up class or refund will be given.
After registration, please note down the class date and time.
If the strong wind signal No. 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning signal is in effect 3 hours before the class, the class will be rescheduled, and we will make another appointment with the guests for the class date and time.
The 5% discount code for traveling together cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts (eg: 5% discount when purchasing any two courses or more).

Instructions for class:

Please remember to come to class every day when you are full, because you will not be able to concentrate when you are hungry.
Please do not bring your companions to participate, because there may be other students in the classroom, and I am afraid it will affect other people~
If you are in a hurry, please remember to hurry up to end class on time.
Please remember not to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a truant, and no additional classes or refunds will be given.

Safety Instructions:

Candles will liquefy as they burn, so use a suitable container.
It is recommended to use a special candle extinguisher to extinguish the candle flame. Do not blow out candles with your mouth.
Do not move the burning candle. After lighting, the candle is hot, do not pick it up with your hands directly to avoid burns.
Trim the edge of the candle to 1cm high.
Before lighting a candle each time, please cut the wick to less than 0.5cm, so as not to burn for too long or the flame is too large.
Do not place candles near heat sources.
Do not place candles in drafts.
Do not use candles near flammable objects.
Lighted candles should be placed on a flat surface. It should be blown out when out of sight or when going to bed to avoid accidents.
When candles are burning, keep them in a safe place away from children, pets, and flammable objects such as curtains. And put glass plate, porcelain plate...
Store candles in a cool place when not in use.
Candles are for external use only and are not allowed to be eaten. If your skin feels uncomfortable after use, please stop using it and seek medical attention as soon as possible.

The customer successfully submits the order, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the product details
Please make payment within 2 working days after confirmation, we will start production immediately after receiving the payment, it will take about 7 days to produce
After the work is completed, we will contact you for delivery
